We also check availability and even temporarily block rooms or vehicles for you. That token amount is used to confirm things on your behalf so that your slots don’t get booked by someone else while you decide.
- Please note, the person count matters a lot, coz entire costing, capacity and rate of vehicle and all other things are based on your budget and count of participants.
Changes: If you wish to make changes in hotel, number of days, or any other aspect of the tour you can do so before final confirmation is given to related vendors.
Final Confirmation: If you wish to confirm the plan you will have to make 50% payment of total tour cost so that we can get the arrangements confirmed.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance should be paid at least 20 days before your travel date and time.
